Often times I am asked by my clients that are in distress and are looking at their situation.  DO YOU THINK I SHOULD SHORT SALE?  I can not make my payments ?  Although is used more like an expression if you come to think about it is true they are different degrees of temperature that we measure in our lives and our selves.   Just think of this,  when you want that brand new car or the newest gadget on the market, how do you feel?  wouldn't you like to have it?   now how about after you have that brand new car for a while and is giving you troubles or that new gadget after few years and is breaking down?  How about when you start a business and it's great at the beginning and then after few years begins to lose the profitability?

The Old car gets replace with a new one 
The Gadget gets upgraded or exchanged with the most modern one and the 
business get close before you lose more money!
